Well it's been a long time since I've posted, don't even know if anyone is even seeing this blog or reading anymore. However, I like coming back and reading what I write so I'll keep it going for me =).

Anyway, I'm a follower of Wu-Yi Tea Results, it's been a while since I visited the blog but I was reading it last night and saw that Dan put up a video recently about a free trial of wu-yi tea that he's trying. I also see that he's planning to do another little weight loss test soon so that should be interesting.

If anything, you gotta check out his wu-yi tea video. It cracked me up! You definitely have to watch through towards the end when he does the taste test! That's all I'm going to say about that. You can watch it on his blog or watch it directly at the YouTube Wu-Yi Tea Video.

School has been very demanding as of late but I'm hoping to get back to blogging again real soon. I've still been drinking wu-yi tea in my diet on a regular basis and have a lot of positive comments to share about it.  Hope to write soon again.

Have you tried Isagenix. It is a nutritional cleansing product that serves as a body detoxifier which in turn helps you shed puonds and inches.

Hi there!
I'm inspired by your blog. You mentioned Generation Tea. I'm interested in trying out. I searched Wu Yi Tea and came up Gushan Golden Blossom Milk Oolong Wulong Tea. Is that the same one you've been drinking?
If you could email me, I'd appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks for the video link. It is interesting. I hope you will get some results. Wu Yi Tea works for me but only with combination with other techniques... Good luck!

I have had good results with Shaklee's Cinch shakes. The leucine amino acid content plus fiber and good fat is what makes it work well. I have been on it for 2 years and have lost 34 pounds. I would have been up 4-5 pounds in the 2 years time, so I am happy. Plus, I am in peri-menopause, so my body is trying hard to lay down fat @ 50 years old. I am sensitive to caffeine so I am looking for a good decaffeinated tea to use with my Cinch shakes. Have any suggestions ??
